GRENADA : Growing sports tourism capital of the OECS territories
Looking back at the history of this southern most of the organisation of eastern caribbean states, the country of Grenada become known internationally back in 1983 whe the United States administration of Ronald Reagan invaded the island with the sole aim of restoring democracy, but today is slowly become the country where a potential 2012 olympic medalist was born.
Gone are the days when one ask where is Grenada and the first recollection including modern google will be « that island in the Caribbean the US invaded », it is now the tourist destination that was batter by Hurricane Ivan or the birth place of Kirani James the young athletic sensation who from all accountis preparing to ensure that Grenada earns its firts medal at an Olympic Games....
